We are a group of qualified, independent counsellors in Sussex, and have different experience, areas of interest and unique ways of working. We came together following our training as Humanistic counsellors at the University of Brighton and between us we offer services to a wide range of individuals, making it easier for you to find a therapist who is right for you.
We are all registered members of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and work in accordance with the Ethical Framework.
Although we all work in different ways, we share a fundamental belief in the Humanistic approach.
We respect your experience of being you, we won’t tell you what to do or give advice
We aim to offer you a safe, confidential space where you can feel heard
We aim to build a positive, trusting relationship where we can work in partnership
What you bring to counselling is your choice, if there are areas you do not wish to talk about we will respect that
We hope that by working in this way, you can feel able to talk more openly and begin to explore difficult thoughts, feelings and emotions.
